This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how MiD Beverage ("MiD," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit midbeverage.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. The Site and our products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older.
1. Who we are
MiD is a hemp-derived beverage brand based in Denton, Texas. For privacy questions, contact us at info@midbeverage.com. The entity responsible for your information is MiD Beverage, 1210 Duncan Street #100, Denton, Texas 76205.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, sign up for updates, or send a wholesale inquiry, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, certain information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and general (approximate) location. As described below, non-essential analytics are collected only after you consent.
3. Cookies & analytics
What cookies are. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function and understand how they're used.
Your consent. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. We do not load Google Analytics or set analytics cookies until you choose Accept. Your choice is remembered on your device so you aren't asked repeatedly.
Google Analytics. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google may process this data in accordance with its own policies. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy, and you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out across all sites.
What else we use. Apart from Google Analytics, the Site does not use advertising or social-media cookies, pixels, or tracking tags, and it does not embed third-party media that tracks you. The only thing stored on your device by default is your Accept or Decline choice, kept so we can honor it. We also load web fonts from Google Fonts to display the site's typography, which involves a request to Google to deliver those fonts.
Changing your mind. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser (which brings the banner back), or by using your browser's cookie controls to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site works.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your messages and inquiries, including wholesale requests.
- To send you updates and announcements if you have opted in, and to let you unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To understand Site usage through analytics (with your consent).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate the Site and business — for example, our web host (which also handles email) and Google for analytics — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of MiD or others.
- Business transfers. If MiD is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will require that it remain subject to protections consistent with this policy.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of information you've provided (see Your choices & rights).

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law. These may include the right to request access to the personal information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, obtain a copy of certain personal information, and opt out of certain uses of personal information where required by law.

8. Children's privacy
The Site and our products are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and in no case from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
